Campaigns are tailored to meet client goals, radio formats, and promotional timelines. While every effort is made to maximize airplay and exposure, specific chart positions or guaranteed station adds cannot be promised.
3. Payments & Refunds
Full payment is required prior to the start of any campaign. Once work has begun — including outreach, EPK setup, or digital servicing — payments are considered non-refundable. All campaign deliverables will be executed as outlined in each client agreement.
4. Artist Content & Licensing
By submitting audio, artwork, or promotional materials, you confirm that you own or have the proper rights and permissions for distribution. You grant So Smooth Promo a non-exclusive license to use the provided assets solely for the purposes of marketing and promotion.
5. Confidentiality
All client data, campaign results, and radio station communications are treated as confidential. So Smooth Promo does not sell or share private information with outside parties beyond the scope of campaign execution.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, visuals, copy, design, and underlying code are the exclusive property of So Smooth Promo and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
So Smooth Promo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from promotional activities, radio servicing outcomes, or third-party platform performance issues.
